Asset Management and Collaboration: I played a pivotal role in organizing and developing a highly intricate asset management system for Balenciaga. This involved orchestrating the seamless flow of assets among multiple designers within the organization. Ensuring the secure and efficient sharing of digital assets across various design teams was crucial in maintaining the brand's high standards of quality and consistency.

Video Export Management: Another key responsibility was overseeing the management of video exports for the brand.
